You don't want to use high pressure on all surfaces when cleaning. Either because they are not as efficient or because the pressure will cause damage to the surface.
Most house washing is done by Soft Washing rather than Pressure Washing. Wood, stucco, glass, and shingle/roofing material should be washed with low pressure to prevent damage.
